If you plan to use this washer for bedding, think again. It cannot easily handle the load and continuously "senses" over and over again, running for hours. Our only option was to unplug and start over until we could figure out how to get it to finish. We scoured the manual (on paper and online) and no information on how to do drain/spin without restarting the wash cycle again was available. Very frustrating.
The washing machine is great, but it's Sear's Customer Service that I have a problem with. They delivered my washing machine and set it up and I washed three loads of clothes and the machine kept getting out of balance. I called Customer Service and after being switched to at least five different people, they told me they would have a repair person come out to make sure it was set up properly. The last representative told me someone from that department would call me to schedule an appointment. I never received a call. That is very bad customer service. I have since had a repair person come out and check the machine and it works fine now. So much for your customer service.
