I bought one of these 6-8 years ago. Still working well with daily use. But it has developed a leak, which I noticed because I set it up before bedtime to come on in the morning. Very happy with it, buying another one.
Yep, more new Sears junk. Live in a small town, ought this in Portland Oregon during a shopping weekend. Worked fine for a few months, then one morning, turned it on, it went beep, beep beep, and then nothing. I think I am just about done with Sears. They have taken a good store, and run it into the ground. Craftsma n tools now all made in China now too? No thanks.
Don't purchase Kenmore or anything from Sears exclusively. There is no Sears around to return it too nor to service it. The manufactures warranty says 2 yrs but there is no one to honor the warranty. Better off buying some cheap maker from *******. Wasted the entire day getting the run around from Arabia and even was asked THREE TIMES if my coffee maker was electric?! ummmmmm you're kidding right... Don't do it!!!
I bought this coffeemaker a little more than a year ago. The carafe broke while making coffee making a huge mess.
I called Sears and checked Sears parts, obviously they don’t make carafes and the website does not have any parts available for this coffeemaker. The device is only one year old and they don’t make any parts for it!!!
I am very disappointed.
