This grill had no reviews when I decided to purchase it, but it was on sale and I loved the black glossy look, so I went for it anyway. I'm so glad I did! We had a Char-broil grill before (gas and charcoal), but gave it to my brother when we decided to get a new one. I rarely used the charcoal side, so I looked primarily at gas-only grills. What I loved about this is the fact that the tank is hidden, there are (semi-)closed storage areas, a side burner and work surfaces. The warming tray is great too, as I didn't have that in our last grill. Assembly was a bit of a beast, but I put it together in a few hours time by myself. I did buy a separate cover to go with it, but it has held up well so far. Even cooking, gets piping hot when needed and it looks incredibly nice too. The one and only downside is there are small vents on top of the side surfaces that allow water/debris to reach the shelves and the back isn't closed in. I have it backed up to my house, so that's not a huge issue and since it's covered, the vents aren't either, but if you're not planning to keep it covered (which I strongly suggest you do), be prepared for the rain to get into the storage area. I got it on sale for $399.99 and used a 15% off coupon on top of that, so I paid only $339.99, but compared to other grills I've had, seen and used, I would still be happy with it had I paid full price. If you're on the fence, go for it.
This grill was supposed to be delivered by 6/24/2020. After i ordered it i waa emailed saying it would be here on the 24th. The same day i got a phone call atating that they were out of stock and would not be delivered until 7/08/2020. My husband talked to an associate about replacing the grill with another, but got nowhere with that. We bought this grill for a graduation party, on 6/27/2020, but ended up borrowing a friends small grill.
It actually does take around 2 1/2-3 hours to assemble. The instructions aren?t the best.
