3 stars for Item. ZERO star for customer service HORRIBLE

Came in with a warmer drawer that was not assembled correctly. Either missing screws or missing parts.  When we called the customer service, the rep didn't understand the item we were referring to. After 10 mins of conversation the rep transferred us to "technician". Technician answered rudely! He sounded like he was just getting out of bed. Kept yawning on the phone and at what point he didn't understand my statement so he said "what??". He was very rude and unprofessional. I transferred the phone to my husband because I couldn't take his bad phone manners anymore. My husband was transferred multiple times again and ended up being on the phone for 45 mins because none of them Know what a warmer drawer was! Horrible service! We will NEVER purchase appliance at Sears again..EVER!

Sears Online ordering & installation is a disaster!! Don’t do it

I paid for this wall oven item online and $229 in installation fees and it never arrived! Entire experience has been a disaster, I spent hours on phone to finally uncover that item had been shipped to a store on the complete opposite site of the state. Worst experience ever, and now I want refund for item I never received & getting no where with customer service either. Crazy!

Terrible Purchase

I purchased this oven less than 2 years ago. I've had it repaired twice. One was covered under the warranty. The last fix wasn't and cost over $300. Very disappointed in this product.

24 inch gas wall oven

|

The oven works fine and is perfect for small spaces, but it is NOISY. The fan is louder as you increase the cooking temperature and runs for at least a half hour after the oven has been turned off. Additionally, the sub-contractor that Sears uses fo installation (American Home Services) leaves a lot to be desired

Great Oven for this fitment

There aren't many models of gas oven that would fit into the space I had and the price on this one was so great I finally pulled the trigger to order it and replace the original that was put in when the house was built in 1965. Delivery was great, installation was easy, and everything works wonderfully.
