great product. always have bought kenmore
I bought the washer and companion dryer, along with the stacking hardware, at Sears. The dryer hangs out over the washer, blocking proper access to the bleach dispenser. Kenmore does not have its own stacking hardware but uses LG hardware, which is a mismatch. There is a fix for this online, involving drilling new holes, but when the technicians came back to fix the problem they said they could not drill new holes. I suppose I might have to do this myself, although the dryer is heavy and I would need at least one other person to lift the dyer off the washer. If I had known about this problem in advance, I never would have bought this washer and dryer. The first time I tried to get beach back into the dispenser, I spilled bleach on my pants. Sears should not be selling this washer and dryer as stacking units unless they can provide hardware to stack them correctly. The model numbers are washer 41302, dryer 81392. I'll be looking at Sears return policy, but I don't hold out much hope on that.
