I have owned this washer for a few weeks now, and I am TOTALLY IMPRESSED! It's 4.5 cubic ft. capacity handles huge, fluffy blankets and throw rugs, big loads of towels, and then the most delicate underthings, and everything inbetween in an efficient, quiet way. It far supercedes the Maytag Epic that we used for 8 years when its bearings went kaput! I researched and researched before purhasing this through our local Sears Hometown Hardware & Appliance store, but it worked out fine. Delivery was prompt and troubleless. So far, I have absolutely no regrets having purchased this machine. I did not buy the bundle because we already have a dryer,, but now I think we'll pursue buying the matching dryer. If you are looking for a washer that washes really, really well and does everything Sears promises, but you don't want to pay the extra money for steam generation, which I didn't, then this could very well be your next washer. Please consider it. The Columbus Day Sale worked our well for us. Best regards. Have a good day.
Horrible washer!! I've had it for 2 weeks!! I Had problems with it the first time I used it. It's been leaking and the last time I used it, it took FOUR hours to wash!!! I've never heard of a washer taking four hours to wash before!! Currently waiting for Sears to pick up this set, so I can get a new one!
Awful product. Takes no less than 4+ hours to complete load. Always ends up in a "UE" error, no matter the size of the load or what cycle is selected. More often than not, even after the 4 hours the clothes are still soaking wet.
