I purchased this side by side on 7/26/19, and so far have not any issues with this model. This is my first side by side with water/ice dispenser. It looks sleek and modern, and it matches my Kenmore Elite gas range. I have the stainless steel model - no finger prints on door opposed to my old Kenmore fridge. There are only two in our household, and so the interior is roomy for our needs. When it was delivered, and the water line installed it made a continuous clicking and humming noise. Don't worry it stopped in 3 days once the ice maker was filled to capacity. Once the ice maker was filled it stopped, and sounds like any normal fridge with a faint intermitting humming. If you do pull to hard on the handle it may roll a bit forward. I like the fact the it's easy to pull forward to occasionally sweep and mop behind the unit. It was a good price, and always trusted Kenmore for a good product.
Less than 13 months old and ice maker stopped working. Repair man says there is no fix...it needs a new freezer door because of the way its wired. $1440.00 for a new door...um...NO WAY. The refrigerator itself cost less... So far Sears will not stand by its product and has offered no resolution. Never again will I buy from Sears and I will spread the word.
I PURCHASED THIS PRODUCT AND WAS TOLD IT WAS IN STOCK AND IT WOULD BE DELIVERED ON A DAY CERTIAN. AFTER RECEIVING MY MONEY, I AM NOW TOLD THE DELIVERY DATE HAS CHANGED FOR TWO ADDITIONAL WEEKS . I HAVE CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE,WHICH HAS BEEN ZERO SERVICE. I WAS TOLD A SUPERVISOR WOULD CALL ME BACK THE DAY I CALLED, WHICH DID NOT HAPPEN AND I AM STILL WAITING ON THE CALL THAT I WILL PROBABLY NEVER RECEIVE. THE REPS ARE READING FROM A SCRIPT AND IF YOU ASK SOMETHING THAT IS NOT ON THAT SCRIPT... WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE.
Unreliable &Horrible service!!!! Never to buy from Sears ever again . I ordered my fridge on July 25th and with the first available deliver date on August 28th .. Then my delivery was rescheduled numerous times for Sept 4, 11, 14,18,25.. and now for 10/09 even though after over 2 months wait I finally cancelled the order and get the fridge from Home Depot. Btw the similar fridge was delivered from Home Depot on time with 10 days ! Sears have kept my money for over 2 months (still no refund) with no delivery . I spent numerous hours on the phone with their sales delivery team with the same results. They take your information , reschedule your delivery and never being to able to reach wear-house with the promise that your item will be deliver on the scheduled day.

The refrigerator is pretty good, a solid "B/B+". It is one drawer short of a better grade. HOWEVER, the delivery process with Sears was so awful I would never purchase another item from them again.
It is cheaply made. The icemaker only makes about 1 tray a day. The shelves are cheap.
