Great looking Fridge

I am glad we made the trip to sears before purchasing a fridge. We were going to buy a Frigidaire online but after seeing it in person the stainless steel just looked cheap. We ended up picking this one out and ordering online a few days later and was delivered in 2 days. The delivery guys were great, they managed to get it through a 32" doorway without removing the doors or hitting anything which was pretty impressive. They joked around and had the fridge hooked up in no time. The fridge portion is a pretty good size way bigger then our old top freezer and the shelves in the door hold a lot. The LED lights are a bright and light up the inside very nicely. The freezer side is pretty small since the ice maker takes up so much room but we managed to get all our frozen items in it (barely). This is our first fridge with an ice maker so having that feature is nice and I honestly don't think I could go back to ice trays. CONS: The shelves in the fridge are not adjustable, it's not a deal breaker but it would be nice to be able to adjust the shelves to my liking. The fridge is kind of loud, it's not enough to annoy me but our table is right next to the fridge so it is noticeable. Freezer space - the ice/water dispenser take up valuable space, I wish it was a little more compact but then I'd probably complain that the ice bin was too small so you cant win here I guess. Overall we love this fridge and for the price you really cant beat it. Most the complaints I read were based on delivery which really shouldn't go against the product itself.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! DO NOT BUY!! Wow, I wish I would have read these horror stories before ordering my refrigerator from Sears. I was told my fridge would be delivered today and even paid the additional fee to have it delivered in the 8am - 10am time slot. So today is the day, received my confirmation text last night, took off work, cleaned the house, removed all of my food from the old fridge and put everything in coolers. 9am rolls by and I decide to call and check status of delivery. The customer service rep tells me that there was a problem in transit and there is no refrigerator being delivered today!!!! He was very unapologetic and chipper in telling me! I received no phone call telling me this, and it took my calling them to find out this information. After requesting to speak with a manager I'm put on hold for 30 minutes to receive the same non-chalant NON-ANSWER. Somebody at some point will contact me!!! WHAT???!!! Things happen, I would understand if I received a phone call last night or **** even today....but you let me believe my delivery was scheduled and probably would have never called me. Oh and by the way today is my birthday, THANKS FOR RUINING MY DAY SEARS. I'm considering canceling my order and ordering from ANY of your competitors at this point!

Your installers need work

I paid for the installers to hook up the ice/water hose. Instead they handed me the hose and said you can install. So pretty poor service overall
