Prior to purchasing this fridge I was nervous about a couple of the reviews and thus far have been thrilled. The most common complaints I read were related to the ice maker and the noise of the fridge. In regards to the ice maker, it appears full at basically all times. We hosted a football game watch for ten people with that being our only ice supply, and it was about half full after the party. In regards to the noise, I think that this has been over blown. If there is literally no other noise in the house you can occasionally hear the compressor running in the fridge. However if my two year old is playing in the other room, or a television is on in the family room you cannot hear the fridge running itself. Overall we have been very pleased with this fridge, it was the only counter size fridge that would fit in the space in my kitchen and for the price it cannot be beat! I would recommend this fridge to everyone!
Freezer Door Rubs when opening/closing...had the tech look at it and he said was was a design error. not happy with the install team as well. too bad i cant return it :(
Good quality shelves that are adjustable. Freezer and refrigerator work well. We may order additional shelves. One for the freezer and a door shelf in the fridge. Top shelf in the fridge may cause items to freeze if you do not allow to vent behind the shelf. We love the water and ice dispenser. It is not as quiet as our previous Kenmore Elite fridge. The delivery went well and on schedule.
Item is OK. But delivery was the worse in my life. First, they change and delay the date of the delivery. Last, the Delivery guys left my house before the job was done. They left me with a fridge without doors, without connection with water supply, or any other installation in the middle of my kitchen. They did not know where was the manual and never read it. Delivery company-XPLogistic manager Criss( We called him to stop leaving his personal while the job was not done) was very rude and incompetent as delivery guys. I, my husband and handyman, our friend, worked more than 4 hours, but finally put our fridge, connected in place. Then, we found inside fridge manual and all installing documents!!! How delivery guys did not know about it. It is unprofessional. We paid for delivery, but for what? For my stress? I am not sure I can receive my money back...Would you like to have the same experience?
I was replacing my 10 year old Kenmore Elite that served me well.
Sears never delivered my "in-stock" fridge despite their numerous "reschedule" text messages every week for the last two months. The same happened to other appliances I ordered at the same time. I reordered them from another major appliance supplier and arrived a few days later. I heard this is happening continuously at Sears. :(
Service was good ,serviceman took picture of Big scratch on the side of fridge . I had a house full of guests so excepted it . But it wasn���t perfect do to the scratch for appearance. It works fine no problem there .
