joke

|

third delivery date, finally arrives by a COSTCO delivery company, wrong gas connecting kit, drivers couldnt install...left me with unconnected gas dryer, promised by Sears someone would call this evening with window to come back and install tomorrow, no call of course, when I called them to inquire says "closed ...call back during business hours". Do I stay home from work tomorrow to be here for a delivery??????.....or am I being "played by Sears" again?. It has been a month without a dryer in my home, and half of my garage is sitting in my kitchen so there was room for an easy installation. The driver told me i had to get the right part at a hardware store and then call Sears back to reschedule an installation. I paid for installation, and a hookup kit with the dryer order....THIS has been a joke from the start....we will see what happens tomorrow....my guess is i still will not have a dryer hooked up...what do you think????

It's best to replace the gas line when getting a new gas appliance.
