The machine is great. The huge capacity is great, and it cleans very dirty things well as long as i turn off Acela wash. It does delicates well also. I would highly recommend it. But when it was delivered, I was asked to sign a signature sheet on an electronic tablet, but the page on the tablet did not include the text of what i was signing. I asked the delivery people to show me the text, and they did. The text said that the machine had been tested. It had been preliminarily tested because one of the delivery people had started a cycle (per the manual, with no laundry inside). However, the cycle had not yet completed. I wanted to take a photo of the text that I was signing, but the delivery people would not let me. They said, "It's confidential information." I said, "Yes, it's _my_ confidential information because I'm buying the washer." They still would not let me. I did not want to cause problems so I just caved and let them refuse to let me have any copy whatsoever of what I had signed. However, of course any person signing any legal document, which this is, is entitled to receive a signed copy -- so this expectation is not inappropriate. The Sears company should work out appropriate procedures with all of the subcontracted delivery companies (and the Sears IT department) so that every customer is shown what the text that are signing on the tablet, and then after they sign, the tablet app displays button that either the customer or the delivery person can click to email the person the text of what they signed, with a message saying that they signed it when their appliance was delivered on DD/MM/YYYY at HH:MM AM/PM. Or at the very least, the delivery person could hand the customer a paper copy of the text. This is not the delivery people's fault. Sears needs to do this for the customers + the del, companies. Also, the delivery people should show the customer the old hoses after the new identical ones are hooked up, to verify that new hoses were used.
The hose is beautiful, the chaotic experience I went through just to receive the hose was ridiculous. I don't know who dropped the ball but that may have been the worst experience I've ever encountered with trying to receive something I paid for. This took 4 rescheduled days to receive, being sure to include the actual day I received my washer was on Oct 12th and I didn't hose until Oct 24th! Wow Sears *inserts sarcastic lol here*. Oh and the comments from the delivery guys such as "The part isn't on the truck" or my favorite "You shoulda just got your money back". WTF!? Noooo...how about deliver what I paid for? I think after a while the game became me wanting to see just how long it was gonna take before the part came. I'll be sure to tell everyone, I know about my experience. Do better.
Delivery men only had black rubber hoses on their truck, NOT these metal hoses I paid for. Will I get my money back??
I love the washer. Provide great space for various types of load. Offers several options.
Was installed by the delivery person to hook up the new Kenmore washer
This was not delivery to me and I was charge for it and sears will not answer my request for a refund
