I brought this product because I needed a fridge ASAP! It does exactly what it's supposed to do. I was a little disappointed when I realized there was no ice maker, but it was my fault I did not fully read the description. Overall it works great. I would highly recommend this product.
We have owned this less than 6 months and have had nothing but trouble with the freezer not keeping food frozen. We bought it because it was advertised as "Garage Ready" and wanted to use it as a second refrigerator/freezer in our partially heated basement. We live in the Northeast where basements can get cool in the Winter, but ours would rarely drop below 58-60 degrees. The technician has said that these units do not function properly when the surrounding environment might occasionally be cooler than 60 degrees. That certainly doesn't sound like a unit that would be appropriate for a garage. The advertisement says nothing about this, so buyer beware. Sears Customer Solutions says they will not typically replace it because it's outside the 30 day window for returns, but say they'll do it if we pay a 15% re-stocking fee. This does not seem very fair when the unit really is not what it's advertised to be. Very frustrating.
Kenmore 60085 20.4 - is the worst experience they take forever to bring a technician to place and then is still not fix they give you the run around here are some emails they send:

there are the ones who take forever and they dont want to replace it nor give you the refund back. im going to take this to small claims and i know a lot of people are not happy with this fridge either.!!!! other this get resolve. ASAP
Bought on Memorial day with a $50 discount. Was too short, wide,hard to bend down and motor very loud. Called to exchange, Sears took away the $50 discount. Supervisor was rude, and not helpful. My whole house was Kenmore and Craftsman, never again,no wonder Sears is closing. It's small about the money, once they have it they don't care about the customer!
Have had this a couple of weeks and it is very noisy. Am trying to exchange for another one but I keep getting lied to about delivery. The only good part of the transaction was the original delivery guys. Stay away from this refrigerator and Sears. Their customer Svc just lies.
