Just right for the price

I brought this product because I needed a fridge ASAP! It does exactly what it's supposed to do. I was a little disappointed when I realized there was no ice maker, but it was my fault I did not fully read the description. Overall it works great. I would highly recommend this product.

Freezer does not work properly

We have owned this less than 6 months and have had nothing but trouble with the freezer not keeping food frozen. We bought it because it was advertised as "Garage Ready" and wanted to use it as a second refrigerator/freezer in our partially heated basement. We live in the Northeast where basements can get cool in the Winter, but ours would rarely drop below 58-60 degrees. The technician has said that these units do not function properly when the surrounding environment might occasionally be cooler than 60 degrees. That certainly doesn't sound like a unit that would be appropriate for a garage. The advertisement says nothing about this, so buyer beware. Sears Customer Solutions says they will not typically replace it because it's outside the 30 day window for returns, but say they'll do it if we pay a 15% re-stocking fee. This does not seem very fair when the unit really is not what it's advertised to be. Very frustrating.

arrived broken, they mailed me a handle to "fix" it

Horrible. First, no manual so I can't figure out how to adjust the temp and freezer is not keeping items frozen. It arrived broken, with the handle off. Delivery people noted it and told me Sears would call to schedule repair. They did not. I called them 4 days later and they mailed me a new handle 2 weeks later. WTF am I supposed to do with a handle and a busted fridge. Wish I could return it. Size is good for the money. Layout isn't the best but what do you expect for the price? I did expect a manual and attached handles. Not one handle swinging away where it was broken upon delivery. ****.

Noisy

This is the noisiest refrigerator I have ever heard! It makes the funniest sound like running water at times and there is no water hook up! At other times it sounds like it is going to take off!
I would definitely not recommend it unless you plan it to be used in a garage.

Horrible Customer Service

|

Was supposed to be deliver 11/30, today is 12/02, status says delivered, but I don’t have it! Took off from work paid a fortune in delivery fees and still no fridge, called customer service and they didn’t care that I was unhappy. I can see why they’re closing stores, customer service is horrible!!!!

Kenmore 60085 20.4 - is the worst experience they take forever to bring a technician to place and then is still not fix they give you the run around here are some emails they send:

there are the ones who take forever and they dont want to replace it nor give you the refund back. im going to take this to small claims and i know a lot of people are not happy with this fridge either.!!!! other this get resolve. ASAP
