Loud, mysterious black syrupy liquid drip keep appearing inside fridge after 1 month

Really wished I returned the fridge when I discovered it is making loud random clicking sound. Thought it is just the way the fridge is since its quite cheap.
Now I keep finding mysterious black liquid dropped from seemingly nowhere near the bottom crisp drawer. Called sears repair and was told its a spill that caused mold...No matter how insisted I was on it not being a spill since I have an almost empty fridge....Terrible product and I don't think the warranty will be much help
