Worst customer service EVER!!! The refrigerator didn't work from the day we received it. Both the refrigerator and freezer are way too cold. We gave it a few weeks, adjusting the numbers every week, until we finally realized it was broken. Sears sent A+ Appliance to service the refrigerator and the technician confirmed that the temperature regulator didn't work. We were told they would be ordering 2 parts and they would be giving us a call the next week to set up an appointment to replace the parts. It has been over a month and after numerous phone calls, I was told I would be getting my refrigerator replaced. Then, I received an email saying that the parts weren't ordered by A+ Appliance until 19 days AFTER they had been to my house, so I have to wait until 30 past the day they ordered the parts. How is that fair??? I get a faulty refrigerator, then they send a terrible company to fix, but I have to wait???? I will NEVER purchase from Sears again. They are truly not the company they used to be.
The doors of this refrigerator Rusted within 1 month. Don't buy it, don't use Sears, nor Kenmore. Their products are faulty
The refrigerator came misdong one of the stabilizer legs. Sears was very slow to send one. Otherwise it works. This is for a rental.

freezer accumulates frost and fridge does not cool ??? is less than 1 yr old.
the refrigerator is fine, but your service to take away the old one was a failure. It was pre-paid. (I got a refund), but it took so long to figure out it would not be taken away in any reasonable time period, I had to hire an independent contractor to haul it away, costing me $125. Also, your refrigerator cost about $100 more then the competition. It was not an excellent transaction for me.
