My order was placed and I received my refrigerator days before my stated delivery date.

Looks very nice but defective since day 1

Looks great and like the adjustable shelves and space in it, however big thumbs down Kenmore. We put in in and it would not get cold enough on recommended setting so cranked it up and it stopped cooling altogether overnight causing food to go bad. Now the freezer itself ended up over freezing to where you couldn't even turn the temp control nob. Had a tech out and both control boards were bad. Pretty sad for a new product :(

Sears customer service for fridge is lacking

This review is more about the service than the fridge itself, but I have nowhere else to leave this information. We had a dying fridge, so we ordered this model. We waited for 2 weeks for delivery, and got the call the night before telling us the 2 hr. window for delivery. My in-law took time off work to be there for the delivery. They never showed. We waited 2 hours more, then called, since the status online said "delivered." After 20 minutes of customer service, we didn't even know if the fridge was in the same state as us, and she was unable to reschedule a delivery. My husband called them back a few minutes later, and was on hold for over one hour. After the hour and half phone call, the best the rep could say was that the model was now discontinued, so we probably would never receive it. The worst part was that neither customer service rep offered any sort of compensation, not even a discount or free delivery or anything beyond "I'm sorry this happened to you." We cancelled the order that night and will probably never shop at Sears again since they really dropped the ball on this.
