Nice fridge, liked the black trim on the fridge, part of the reason I ordered it. Though after arrival I noticed the trim is in fact grey not black.
This fridge broke 6 months after I have brought and the last 6 months I have been extremely patient trying to get it resolved. Each repair costs more than the cost of fridge but they like to fix it rather than replace. The company sold a lemon and are not willing to acknowledge that there is a major problem. The first time they claimed it was fixed. Never ran a test after the fix. Supervisors seems to be not available and they promise to have a supervisor call back but it never happens. There is a clear issue of how the company is operated.
So far, so good. Hope it lasts longer than the $3200 Kenmore we purchased in 2012, which suffered a compressor failure in only 7 years! So much for a ten year compressor warranty.
I bought this fridge in Sept 2018. Literally 2 weeks after my warranty expired it went out. Called Sears where I bought it and was shrugged off to the 1-800 number. Called twice. on hold for 20 mins each time to be told I need to call back in 24 to 48 hours to see if they can find a tech to come out and assess the fridge for $89 dollars. Been without a fridge for almost a week already. It should last longer than a year. Very dissatisfied customer.
