Bring on the Bulky Stuff
This Kenmore dryer’s extra-large 7.0 cu. ft. capacity means it can tackle cumbersome loads, like towels and bedding, with ease. No more trekking to the laundromat for a specialty dryer.
No More Re-Drying
SmartDry Plus technology uses 2 moisture sensors and a temperature sensor to adjust the dry cycle, ensuring dry clothes each time without damaging fabrics.
Wrinkle Guard lets you do laundry on your terms by giving a load a quick toss to prevent set-in wrinkles for up to 40 minutes after the dry cycle so you can run errands or take a nap without needing to iron out the laundry.
No More Guessing Games
The Auto Dry feature uses an integrated thermostat to monitor and control drying temperature and moisture. No more heat damage, re-drying, or having to guess how long a load will need in the dryer.
The Right Care for Your Clothes
This Kenmore dryer has 4 temperature settings and an air dry option. From your lightest delicates to the drippiest...
Traded my Maytag Dryer in for This Kenmore.....appears I made the wrong Decision. First you almost have the pry the door open because the latch appears to be cheaply made and not properly adjusted. Second the drum sits so low to the floor compared to my old Maytag, that you need to get on your knees or have some sort of grabber to remove all the clothes without problems. If your handicap or elderly, I would not recommend this dryer unless you get a pedestal to raise the drum off the floor. Lastly, this Kenmore is suppose to have an auto dryness sensor. Well apparently the sensor isn't very sensitive as I frequently have to redry items that do not completely dry during a normal cycle. I want my Maytag back!!!
I bought this a month ago and am so happy and lucky to purchase the optimum appliance for my home.
I just replaced my 10 year old Kenmore dryer. I love my new Kenmore it is quiet and dries clothes very quickly. The clothes are fluffy when dried. The dryer has short front legs which makes it so much easier to remove dust and lint from underneath. The dryer door does need a firm push and pull to close and open it. I would defiantly but this dryer again and would highly recommend it.
Happy to get the dryer. They didn't take the old one that I paid to be removed. Eventually after they denied we purchased the service they saw their error. Now, lint vent is collecting lint on the wrong side. Doesn't appear to be a way to request service for my new dryer.
