Bring on the Bulky Stuff
This Kenmore dryer's 7.0 cu. ft. capacity can take on almost any sized load. From a light load of delicates to a mountain of towels or a duvet, this dryer can get the job done.
No More Re-Drying
SmartDry Plus technology uses 2 moisture sensors and a temperature sensor to adjust the dry cycle, ensuring dry clothes each time without damaging fabrics.
Delicate Care for Delicate Items
Use air dry for your delicate items. This 30-minute tumble cycle doesn't use additional heat, yet dries delicate items faster than traditional air drying.
Wrinkle Guard lets you do laundry on your terms by giving a load a quick toss to prevent set-in wrinkles for up to 150 minutes after the dry cycle. No more babysitting the dryer.
Drop-Down Easy Access
This Kenmore dryer's drop-down door makes it easier to sort laundry in and out and serves as a convenient quick resting spot for the clothes basket.
I bought this dryer almost seven months ago and have been very pleased with it. My pleasure ended two days ago when my wife opened the dryer door and the cheap plastic handle broke. When I say cheap I'm referring to quality, not price. A new cheap plastic handle is costing me over $36.
I bought this pair several weeks back. This is the worst dryer ever. Not one load has come out completely dry from day one. I use the highest heat setting and tried both the auto cycle and timed cycle. Every time it finishes the clothes are not completely dry. Cleaned out dryer vent line from interior to exterior prior to delivery. New dryer exhaust hose also. I also wish the lint screen was inside the door and not on top to avoid the mess on top of dryer when you pull it out.
Haven't had to purchase a dryer in a long time. Am disappointed that the sensor doesn't seem to get it right and the clothes are never full dry unless I turn it back on sometimes more than once.
I had this for about a month before I exchanged it for the 66132. I only paid about $350 for this dryer and it seemed like a good deal at that price point. It is made by Whirlpool. It dried clothes just fine and was built like old fashioned hot boxes that used to dry clothes. After a few months it started making noises which is why I returned it. I question how long it would have lasted. The dryness sensor did not seem to work either.
Good value. Works great. Fast friendly installations.
At first I wasn't sure I would like the dryer. I had so many issues with the dryer vent. The space allocated for it was too small. First it was smashed, second it was cut and finally the third repairman installed a smaller dryer vent. Perfect. I now can feel safe that my dryer will not catch on fire. I love the selections especially the buzzer to let me know when the clothes are dry.
I boguht this in 2017 and had 2 repairs by sears associates for the same problem. I have been really fustrated with this dryer becuase it doesnt dry for SH** !! They two repair men changed the device that makes the dryer heat and still the stupid dryer breaks. I feel like companies just make products to last a certain time.
