Bring on the Bulky Stuff
This Kenmore dryer’s 7.0 cu. ft. capacity can take on almost any sized load. From a light load of delicates to a mountain of towels or a duvet, this dryer can get the job done.
No More Re-Drying
SmartDry Plus technology uses 2 moisture sensors and a temperature sensor to adjust the dry cycle, ensuring dry clothes each time without damaging fabrics.
Delicate Care for Delicate Items
Use air dry for your delicate items. This 30-minute tumble cycle doesn’t use additional heat, yet dries delicate items faster than traditional air drying.
Wrinkle Guard lets you do laundry on your terms by giving a load a quick toss to prevent set-in wrinkles for up to 150 minutes after the dry cycle. No more babysitting the dryer.
Drop-Down Easy Access
This Kenmore dryer’s drop-down door makes it easier to sort laundry in and out and serves as a convenient quick resting spot
My clothes dry in no time and come out so fluffy - I actually can't wait to do laundry!
I bought this pair several weeks back. This is the worst dryer ever. Not one load has come out completely dry from day one. I use the highest heat setting and tried both the auto cycle and timed cycle. Every time it finishes the clothes are not completely dry. Cleaned out dryer vent line from interior to exterior prior to delivery. New dryer exhaust hose also. I also wish the lint screen was inside the door and not on top to avoid the mess on top of dryer when you pull it out.
I have a Kenmore Electric Dryer that has been working for over 20 years so my son asked for a similar dryer so I bought this one with SmartDry Plus Technology. It can handle large loads like washable/dryable comforters and other large heavy loads. I hope he loves his new dryer as much as I love mine.
I bought this item about 20 months ago from Sears. It worked just fine until the engine burned out yesterday. I, also, must point out that I am single, live alone, AND I only live here 5 months of the year. There is no way this dryer was overworked.
i have read all the reviews positive and negative
my clothes come out dry in every setting with no problems
if your clothes come out wet in my opinion your doing something wrong,
this is a great product for the money and it holds a lot
if the reviews scare you don't worry this is a great dryer
I purchased this from the Sears outlet store, as it had some marks on it. No major dings or scratches. Easy to hook, though it came with a power cable that was slightly different than what I had, so I purchase a new one. Replaced old duct-work and now we're up and running. Only took about an hour to swap out. Only issue I've encountered is the high-heat/auto dry cycle doesn't quite dry the heavier/thicker closing like towels, winter socks and such. I usually have to turn on for another 10 minutes or so. Other than that, it's working as espected.
This is my second Kenmore Dryer. It replaces one that I bought new 31 years ago. (It still works, it's just a little loud). This dryer has all the features I need and want. It even has a light inside, which is a great feature, because my laundry room is in the basement.
Dries well, but cottons not completely dry with driest moisture setting - need extra time.
the dryer works great on the time setting. the first and every time since we have filled it with alot of clothes and it has dried all of them. We read the reviews about the dry sense setting not performing or drying very well, so we have not used that setting and have had great results on just the time drying settings.
I shopped in the store and purchased online and it arrived within 3 days to my home. This is a great value for a busy family of four. The price was great and the product is even better. I have had if for days now and happy with my purchase.
