Great fridge

I needed a smaller refrigerator for my kitchen and this one fit the bill perfectly. It looks great and has adjustable shelves; (2 glass) inside and (three plastic + cheese/butter compartment) on the door. The only downside for me is that this model does not come standard with an ice maker. I was disappointed with Sears in that their online reps could not easily find the optional ice maker part #. After my persistence with a couple of calls to different reps and being transferred, someone was finally able to locate the correct part (#: W10261234). I mean Kenmore is a Sears brand right? Why so difficult?! The refrigerator is very quiet and I like that it also has a light in the freezer compartment. As mentioned in another review, the sides and top is grey not the usual black you see with most stainless steel appliances. It looks great in my kitchen!

Rusted Front just over two months old....

Sears says it's stainless steel yet it rusts just over two months old. Other stainless owned for 40 years still not rusted. Says rust is my problem and not covered. Other than rusted stainless steel, decent fridge it would seem.

This Kenmore is a great refridgerator

Nice stainless finish. Shelves are easy to move and lots of room. Very, very quiet too. Control panel is simple and easy to use.

Love it!

It exceeds expectations.15 minutes after plugging it in there was a tray full of ice cubes. Having most shelves at eye level is just great. It is taking me a while to get the shelves arranged most efficiently but I am so happy that I got it. I am 78 and wish I had done this years ago.

Kenmore Refrigerator

So far so good.
Freezer is nice and roomy. Fridge is quiet enough, split shelves would have been nice. Wish it were energy star efficient.
There was no option to order with the desired door swing, had to laborously change them myself.

not missing the top freezer

the shelves are adjustable and easy to remove and replace, exactly what I was hoping for; freezer has drawers that keep things contained so the door closes all the way and my food isn't defrosting because a bag slipped and got caught in the magnetic seal

My Sister Bought Hers First. My wife liked so I bought one.

So we had a white dinosaur side by side with door water discharge we never used. My wife and I wanted a change without spending 1500. My sister had this bottom freezer refrigerator and my wife liked it. So I bought one from Sears for $100 less than my sister paid. Had to buy an ice maker. it is sitting on the counter waiting for me to install. The refrigerator has enough room for the 2 of us. looks nice. average quiet.
