I've had this very pretty refrigerator for a month now with no issues. I love how I can organize everything in the freezer compared to my previous side by side. Runs very quiet. Ice seems to spurt out over the glass, but I can live with that.

Kenmore refrigerator

I have had this refrigerator for one year and 22 days and it has already needs repaired. It no longer cools. The warranty ran out 22 days ago.

Love it!

First, I am so glad I didn’t let the negative reviews of this refrigerator sway me. I almost didn’t purchase it because of the negative reviews; however, this refrigerator had everything we were looking for at a terrific price!
I did buy the extended warranty.
I ordered it online on Saturday, without ever seeing it in person at the store. It was delivered on Monday, within the time frame Sears promised.
It was easy setup and they even moved the old refrigerator to the garage. It takes 24 hours to make ice, but the water worked immediately. After 24 hours, it has made plenty of ice for a family of 4. The ice/ water dispenser will not work if ANY of the doors are open.  It has a great interior layout to keep things organized. We are so happy with this purchase!

While this refrigerator/freezer has many nice features, it has now needed repair twice in the three years we have had it. My biggest fault with it is that the top shelves do NOT slide out. I am short, 5'3" and can not reach to the back of the shelf. The top two shelves that slide back also do not work for me. If I hit it by accident, everything on the front of the shelf falls down and breaks what is on the second shelf. Very poor design in my opinion. On top of NOW needing the second repair, it will bed almost TWO WEEKS for the repairman to come out on my extended warranty. At that time, if any parts are needed, it will be additional time to wait for repair. This is unacceptable. An appliance this expensive should have shelves that slide out and be able to have repaired in a reasonable amount of time. I asked if I had another company come in ... several would come the NEXT DAY and even two would come the same day ... but I was told it would void the extended warranty I have on it. None if this is acceptable. They sure do take my money for the extended warranty right away. People need their refrigerators ... not two weeks later. Am older, almost 80, and need medicines refrigerated. Am definitely very frustrated with Sears!

When installed, water did not work.  Freezer not freezing.  Water fixed.  Ice maker not working.  Freezer still not freezing.  We were told that our freezer had to have food in to work.  STUPID ME!  I put food in the freezer, now food is spoiled. Oh!  Did  I tell you this fridge was JUST DELIVERED ON JULY 30, 2018!  NOT A HAPPY CAMPER!
