Refrigerator is fine - delivery was the problem - I had decided to NOT have my old unit taken away and have not been able to get to someone to credit back the $30 I was billed for doing so. SEARS customer service line needs some work! Also, I think I saw the installation man take out the LED lamp for the freezer section as it is not there now.
I ordered this November 18 and Sears pushed back the delivery 5 times. Each Sunday night I received a "sorry but we can not deliver tomorrow" voice mail. Then you have to call back a number and stay on hold for hours to be given a new date. When the Fridge was finally delivered, the front door had a HUGE dent. After being on hold for another 2 hours, I was offered $37 in Sears credit or they can come and pick up the fridge and refund me money minus shipping and restocking fee. I could then reorder a new Fridge and hope that it comes in a timely fashion and pay new shipping charges. Sears is not the Sear it once was.
It���s a ok product. No light in the freezer. The ice kind of flops out of the tray when it���s full.
Refrigerator seems to be okay. But both freezer bins were broken by the delivery people & I���m still fighting for Sears to fix that 6 weeks later.
I couldn't accept the delivery as is; it was cancelled on August 17 and you STILL haven't refunded me my money despite endless calls. You STOLE my money.
Worst experience ever. Delivery crew did not hook up waterline/put handles on. No door hardware to attach handles. Tried for 6 weeks to get replacement parts, then was told they were discontinued and we were out of luck since it was 30 days after delivery (feel like they strung me along on purpose to get past 30 days). After completely loosing it.. they offered to send out a replacement fridge, was able to talk crew into just getting door hardware and attaching it. Sears use to be so great and it's very sad to see what they have become.
The washers in the door hinges are much too small and so the door hangs down and doesn���t shut properly so the light wouldn���t shut off. Took a month and a half and a dozen phone calls to get Sears out to fix it. Very cheaply made and no light in the freezer.
