Handle Issues

Handle came without the set screws. Ordered hardware using Parts Direct diagram. However, sku is wrong -- screws don't fit. Had to scedule a tech who used some screws in his truck. He said the products sent from Sears were coarse cut & too large for the handle holes. Sears needs to address this issues!!

broke on second day

The door has no pull out shelves, but rather storage areas with flimsy plastic pieces to keep the items in place. On the second day of opening the door, the bottom of these fell out and cracked the plastic it was fit into (like a lego piece). What was it holding in? 2 cartons of OJ. What a piece of cheap fridge

I would buy this again

We purchased a refrigerator without a freezer. It was a great purchase. It replaced an old refrigerator that was in the garage.
Not only will it help on our electricity, but gave us more space for beverages

Excellent Fridge and Service!

|

We use this fridge for storing medications. It is able to maintain a temperature within an acceptable range of a few degrees for our purposes. We have no complaints with the function of the fridge. Very happy with the delivery service as well.

Loved it until it died

|

We purchased our Kenmore freezerless refrigerator in 2011, it died in 2016 and we have not been able to repair it. Right now we use it as a dry goods storage cabinet. Based on our experience with this refrigerator, we will never buy another kenmore appliance. We have a refrigerator we purchased 3 years before this one and it's still running strong.
