Handle Issues

Handle came without the set screws. Ordered hardware using Parts Direct diagram. However, sku is wrong -- screws don't fit. Had to scedule a tech who used some screws in his truck. He said the products sent from Sears were coarse cut & too large for the handle holes. Sears needs to address this issues!!

broke on second day

The door has no pull out shelves, but rather storage areas with flimsy plastic pieces to keep the items in place. On the second day of opening the door, the bottom of these fell out and cracked the plastic it was fit into (like a lego piece). What was it holding in? 2 cartons of OJ. What a piece of cheap fridge

Only time will tell if I would buy it again....

Purchased this Refer online and it came in on schedule. Not much to say about it at this point; but it does keep the beer cold.

A couple months after I purchased this refrigerator it started to have problems, it was not cooling anymore. I called for service since it was under warranty they came FIVE times to fix this refrigerator each time saying I need this part and that part meanwhile refusing to replace it. I kept having the same issue with it. They sold me a defective product and did not stand under their warranty claim that if they could not fix the issue they would replace it. Complete waste of money and worst service I have ever received. I called to complain and the supervisor himself told me he could not do anything and to throw it away. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Sears is not what they use to be, it is no surprise they are on the decline. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY PRODUCT OR WARRANTY FROM SEARS UNLESS YOU WANT DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS!

I’m very happy with my Freezerless Kenmore Refrigerator

After looking everywhere for a very nice freezerless refrigerator, I decided to go with the Kenmore from Sears. Most of the other refrigerators that I saw were more expensive and didn’t have much space inside and they didn’t look as great as this one. Since I have had very good luck with Kenmore products, I decided to get this one. I wanted it next to my other Kenmore 20 year old freezer that I have in my large laundry room. I thought it was going to be the same size as my freezer, but when they delivered it, my jaw dropped. This refrigerator is so huge. It is 10 inches taller than my freezer…but I’m glad we got it. I made the right choice. I have it next to my freezer and they look just great together. I love the inside extra deep shelves. They are made of solid glass and should provide great durability. The door shelves are also great and they can hold ½ gallon of milk and juices and water bottles, etc. It makes my laundry room look so nice. It is just perfect. And the price is great! If you are looking for a freezerless refrigerator this is the one to get. I recommend it. I’m very satisfied with my Kenmore refrigerator.
