Handle Issues

Handle came without the set screws. Ordered hardware using Parts Direct diagram. However, sku is wrong -- screws don't fit. Had to scedule a tech who used some screws in his truck. He said the products sent from Sears were coarse cut & too large for the handle holes. Sears needs to address this issues!!

broke on second day

The door has no pull out shelves, but rather storage areas with flimsy plastic pieces to keep the items in place. On the second day of opening the door, the bottom of these fell out and cracked the plastic it was fit into (like a lego piece). What was it holding in? 2 cartons of OJ. What a piece of cheap fridge

Loved it

My dad bought one from Sears on sale at the outlet store. Had 1 Nick in the side but brand new. Our family has loved having it. We had to have it worked on twice. Blessed by those who helped us fix for cheap. It just died yesterday. We had it almost 9years. Looking to buy another.

Stay aware from this fridge

I read the reviews about this fridge before I purchased it, some folks complained about it breaking down just past the expiration of the warranty but I ignored them. I reasoned that it was a fluke. Well its NOT. I purchased my fridge summer 2017 and it somehow developed a Freon leak, although its sat in the exact same spot since it was delivered!! I had a repairman come look at it and he told me that he's sees this a lot with this fridge and that he'll add Freon but if it happens again then we should take it to the dump! Well it happened again. The check just cleared the bank this morning for the repairman and I just went to get something out of the fridge and its warm. Everything is ruined! Again!!! Stay clear from Sears products they apparently don't care about quality and it shows by only offering a 13 mos warranty.....interesting....what a coincidence that it goes out just after it expired.

have it

have to buy every year

bought this to replace a similar model that broke after 1 year. now it's 1 week before my purchase date and - it's broken again. But this time I can't get anyone to come out to fix it for a week and a half. And forget about paying a little more to narrow down the repair window (8-11 or 12 -4) block out your whole day or do without. This is pathetic, Sears. Next time I guess I'll go with ****** or **********.
