Plenty of Storage
Designed for Your Convenience
I replaced a 16 yr old dying Amanda side by side with this top freezer fridge. It has plenty of room for a 4 person family in both the freezer and fridge. The LED is really cool looking in the fridge, but no light in the freezer, but you don't really need one. The ice maker works like a charm. The unit is pretty quiet unless the ice maker does it's thing. Definitely look at this unit if you're looking at Refrigerators.
Refrigerator was delivered March 1. The freezer door did not seal and we reported the problem. The serviceman arrived March 9. They have shipped new seals twice and sent the serviceman out again, but I still do not have a freezer that seals. We have bought Sears appliances for the last 30 years, but this is the last one. We have been patient but all we get is "I'm sorry." I WANT A NEW REFRIGERATOR.
Working great and very quiet and ice maker was easy to connect..
It is perfect especially if you have limited space under a cabinet. Have now purchased two of the same model for me (first one lasted 22 years) and this one was for my mother. Only downside if you purchase from Sears, although it comes with an ice maker and installation is included, they do not actual install the tubing you have to purchase to your refrigerator and water line.
I purchased this refrigerator online and had it delivered to my residence. It was just what we needed. Demensions on website were accurate. Delivery guys were very knowledgeable regarding installation. Remove old frig and installed new I less than an hour. Great experience.
Purchased this fridge in Feb. 2017. 15 months later it is on it's last leg. First Sears wants you to wait 13 days for a service appointment. That would be ideal if your kid is looking to make a science experiment. Had a local guy look at it and guess what? It was a previously serviced unit with a poor workmanship swap out of the compressor. Large burn mark when they torched the new one in. Sears also has the nerve to charge $125 for the service call that they may or may not reverse depending on what the service tech finds. So I should throw good money after bad on the hope Sears will do right by me? Not a chance when my order clearly shows NEW item and they gave me a returned serviced unit. Anyone still guessing why Sears is dying a slow death? I for one will not spend another cent in Sears. Good riddance.
