Only had this a few days, but so far no problems, it's quieter than my last one that was basically just like this and lasted 19 years. So I'm looking for the same great service from this one!
I bought this fridge 7/25/18 and it has NEVER worked properly. It's now 9/3/19 and it has failed for the third time. The problem that they were supposedly fixing never was actually resolved, so the fridge never worked properly -- always freezing the fridge food or not cooling it at all. Service calls are a nightmare. I was eventually changed to "escalated service" status in Dec. 2018. They said they would replace this piece of junk, but renegged. They've not shown up for scheduled service appointments without even the courtesy of a phone call. I wouldn't NEVER recommend Sears or Kenmore to anyone -- period. I expect to throw this fridge away in a few months and replace it with one that actually works. It's no wonder they're bankrupt.
I love the fridge! It���s not as roomy in the fridge but it is definitely workable
The fridge worked great for the first 2.5 months. Then it started freezing everything in the fridge part. Scheduled to have it repaired since it is still under warranty. Guy came out, had to order all new parts for the fridge and reschedule when to come fix the fridge. Originally gave me a date of 5/28 and then received an email of 5/26. All the parts were shipped to my house so I was just waiting on them to fix it. No one ever showed up to come fix it on the 26th. I called and was told that they cannot come out until June 3rd now to fix the fridge. I have been without a working fridge for almost a month now because they cannot come out to repair the fridge. This is beyond frustrating.
No light in the freezer and refrigerator lighting is not bright enough.
