Got it today. Replacing our 13 year old Kenmore (RIP). Initially we wanted a bottom freezer with french doors, but our space was an inch to small. So we went back to top freezer and upgraded from 18 to 21 cu. ft. Love the style, in and out side. Plugged it in four hours ago and it is making ice already. Put in an ice cube tray and water was solid within an hour. The compressor is quieter than our last one and I think overall very quiet. I am sensitive to noise. For everything else time will tell how it will perform in our daily use.
My fiancé and I bought this refrigerator for our new home. Upon opening the package we found the product to be damaged / vandalized. Freon lines were cut and wire harness was ripped out, handle doesn't work and there is a dent in the door. Overall it is completely unusable. Sears has not stood by the product or been remotely helpful during this frustrating process. We were willing to return for money back or exchange but Sears has been unwilling to work with us. We have been referred back to the manufacturer who has not called us back or returned our many messages. Overall the worst possible experience and if I could give this zero stars, I would. I would not recommend Sears to anyone looking for appliances.
The company left the product in my driveway. The delivery was contracted to install new appliance with removal of old appliance. I even paid for this to happen in a delivery window. They are refusing to refund any part of this. I had to pay friends to come over and help move a refrigerator up a flight of steps and take my old one out. All waterlines with individual shutoffs were in place, all measurements matched requirements. The drivers were just too lazy to do it, they wanted to drop and go. Sears refuses to do anything so now I will have to take this up with my credit card company. Stay away from the sinking ship known as Sears. They are crooks.

DO! NOT! ORDER! FROM! SEARS!!!!!!! purchased this refrigerator with a delivery date of 12/10. Received delivery time confirmation for the 10th. Wasn't delivered. Spent an hour on the phone to be told the delivery would be 12/17, so ANOTHER day off work. Fridge was delivered but DID NOT WORK. So it was returned and customer service was called YET AGAIN! 2 days off work, 2hrs on the phone with customer service (with several "disconnected" calls), no refrigerator and 10 business days until I can get my money back from the most nonchalant customer service reps I've ever spoken to. Nobody seemed to even CARE about the inconvenience to their customer OR the reject products they send out. My new fridge FROM ****** will be delivered soon!!!
