The Perfect Refrigerator for me.

I tossed my fancy refrigerator with ice and water in the door, because the ice maker would "log jam" about monthly and the rear of the fridge would freeze up in the back wall insulation. I would have to break up the "log jam" and DEFROST the whole fridge when it back froze up. This Kenmore refrigerator has a very well designed ice maker that's been around a LONG time, very reliable and won't jamb. No water or ice in the door (don't need stuff that's unreliable). For a single guy, this is perfect. Love my new Kenmore!

Worst Refrigerator Ever

This refrigerator has not worked well since day 1 and it is now awaiting parts (waiting over a month) to fix. Customer service has been horrible, no idea of when parts will arrive, get nothing but the run around. The freezer has frozen condensation inside and the refrigerator freezes everything even when set on the lower temp setting. If there were an option for zero stars, that's the rating this appliance deserves.

refrigerator is great but, needed a service call for loose door seals after just 1 1/2 weeks and now the seals are on backorder.
