I purchased this as a gift to my daughter. She is very happy with it. She loves the features.
This was a huge disappointment. I had previous version that lasted 5 years. I purchased this and returned it in 20 days because the start button stopped working. The replacement was also not level (how hard is this to figure out in the manufacturing process, no flat surfaces around?). The beeb is subtle, but annoying. Since I have seen two of them, I would assume your experience will be similar.
I purchased this in white. After 7 1/2 months it died. I filed a claim on March 26, 2021 and did everything they asked. As of April 30, I am still waiting for an e-gift card. I have sent over 50 email responses. Called almost daily for a while, then got tired of that. The customer service people are on the other side of the planet and powerless to do anything except tell me what the notes under my case number are. Sears Customer solutions emails me from a "no reply" email address to tell me my e-gift card was issued on 4/1 and will take 7 to 10 business days then it was finally cancelled when I did not receive it. A second one was issued 4/19 and I am still waiting for that. I tell them I check my inbox, spam and trash folders several times a day and they keep telling me to check all my folders like a broken record.
I WILL NOT BUY ANOTHER KENMORE BRAND PRODUCT, AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT OTHERS DO THE SAME. Sears is slowly liquidating since declaring bankruptcy in 2018. I don't think they care about their reputation any more. What's more, I think they are lying to me about the e-gift cards. I have never had trouble receiving emails before in the 20 plus years I have had email.
Three of the reviews for this and other microwaves just have 5 stars with no comments and are from searscom. I think those are fake reviews to raise the average ratings.
Exactly what I wanted. It came in a timely manner! It does everything I would ever use !
Same as my last one. Had it for a LONG time. So just replaced it.
