Giving this fridge anything other that 5 stars is nonsense. It is huge! We are a family of 4 and still have 1 shelf that's not being used because its so big. The 2 compartment freezer helps organize items and has much more space than I thought. it's quiet, makes ice quickly. The smart fridge features are great if your into that king of thing. Overall A++
My refrigerator is only six months old and the computer board has gone out. The part is unavailable and Sears cannot tell me when they will have it. I purchased the extended warranty from Sears and they have refused to replace my unit. Therefore, it will be after the new year before this is resolved. Six weeks without the unit is unacceptable! I would not buy this product from Sears.
The purchase of this item has been the worst experience of my life. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Within one day of purchasing this item (along with the extended warranty) the Water panel was not working. Then in the next few days, the Fridge was no longer cooling, and then the Freezer was following. When we called customer service we were told that no service people were available for TWO WEEKS!!! Either the product is so defective that all the repairmen are busy attending to this horrible product or Sears does not care about its customers. Either way, we are still waiting for a repairman to even CALL US BACK. We were put on an "emergency" repair list but apparently that does not matter as we still have a two week window to wait. Do NOT purchase from SEARS and Do NOT waste your money on buying a warranty because it will not help you at all when your product fails the day after purchase. Sears does not care and has terrible customer service and follow through. I hope this review helps you choose a different product and Store
