Gets the job done and great price!

This was an emergency purchase for a rental property. It arrived on time and works excellent. It's what you would expect from a basic stove. No complaints..

Terrible installation experience

I had a terrible experience having this stove delivered and "installed." Paid for a new connector, like I was required to, but the delivery workers did not install it correctly. They were clearly in a hurry, got it supposedly hooked up and working and then left. I came home from work 5 hours later to a gas-filled kitchen and had to call the gas company emergency line to send someone to shut off the gas. In December! He said the connector wasn't hooked up properly or the part was bad. I called Sears that night and couldn't even get someone who was a native English speaker to talk to me. She supposedly scheduled someone to take a look at it next week. Then I got an email today that said the soonest it could be looked at was three and a half weeks from now! No working stove for three and a half weeks? I asked for the price of the connector to be refunded and she refused. Absolutely ridiculous. I will NEVER order another appliance from Sears after this fiasco. HORRIBLE experience. Terrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and buy somewhere else.

Oven??

This is a similar model that I bought a while back. Why I bought a second Kenmoor...with my sister's suggestion. The first one, the oven stop heating up to the desired temperature. AND now this one..Model #78532 doesn't heat up to the desired temperature! The last Kenmoor product I buy!
