I have purchased two microwaves in the last two years. Both of which did not last a year. I even bought two different brands as well. After the second one died I decided to invest in a good microwave , I decided on the Kenmore, so far its been great, I have already tell the difference in the durability and quality of the appliance.
I purchased this Nov 29, 2016, here it is Feb 28, the microwave is rusted inside. Reason is that the microwave sweats while cooking the food. You take your food out of the microwave and water is all over the inside. I am careful to wipe it dry each time but in someplace I have noticed it staring to rust. I have called Sears and they will do NOTHING about it, so save your money and go buy something that is not a SEARS Brand. Really Good Customer Service Sears!
Bigger then I thought it would be, but of course, I didn't read dimensions when I bought it. Very nice microwave
I began using this microwave upon receipt. Within two weeks it started making a humming noise. I waited on hold for over 45 minutes with Sears while attempting to chat online. The online chat could not find my order. When the representative came on the line I explained my problem to her. She took forever to find my order and then she transfers me to some other department of which I am still on hold after another 30 minutes! They are telling me that I need to schedule service. I would think that after only 2 weeks they would just send another one. Customer service is beyond AWFUL! I will never buy a product from Sears again.
