Great item

This is a great microwave oven...the price is great, it looks good & it has a lot of bells & whistles. If you don't have very large items the interior size is more than sufficient. Regular size casserole dishes will fit no problem!

DO NOT PURCAHSE THIS MICROWAVE

I would have given this Zero Stars but that wasnt possible. I purchased this microwave along with a dishwasher and fridge, so quite a large purchase, in January 2013. 15 MONTHS later the microwave caught on fire (inside the microwave there is a fan - its not the vent fan, but a separate internal fan inside the microwave on the top - this caught on fire). To repair it woudl have cost more than to replace it, so we had to replace it. I would NOT recommend this microwave to anyone, as this one barely lasted a year. This was my first Kenmore microwave and will be my last. I am extremely disappointed. Also, I called the customer service line and there was nothing they were willing to do for me. I was extremely dissatisfied that customer service was not willing to repair or replace this, given that I purchased an entire kitchen of Kenmore appliances, and that the microwave was clearly defective lasting only 15 months. Buyer Beware!

I would recommend & buy this again

Very stylish and great functioning microwave. Paid extra for install and glad I did! The installers (third party) were very professional and efficient. Great "basic" microwave, just what we were looking for.

Great Microwave at decent price!

We have owned this for about a year. It is simple and intuitive to use. Absolutely no complaints. It was challenging for us to install but, it was the location not the microwave. Next time we'll have it installed for us.

I can't give a Review because You Canceled my order without asking me. Guess that's why Sears is doing so bad and closing its stores ....

You’ve been warned

After replacing the cheap door on my last Kenmore microwave, I finally decided to just replace it with a new one. Got the cheapest over-the-range replacement I could find, but since it was Kenmore I figured it couldn’t be that bad. Wrong. “Feels” cheap from the moment I first used it. Sure enough, it made it only one year. Started making a loud buzzing noise for a few months (super obnoxious), then the magnatron went out. Will cost more to fix it than replacing the whole oven. AGAIN. Sears/Kenmore should be ashamed to put their name on this crappy product.

I expected good , but got great!

My old micro was only four years old (not Sears Kenmore) I wanted stainless steel and this time was smart and went to Sears. OMG I love it ! Forget that it has every feature I wanted, but it's also surprising quiet! Couldn't be happier ... Also, having the Sears Kenmore name in my kitchen adds a level of "prestige" that makes me feel good
