Very pleased with the product. Excellent suction. The only disappointment was the attachment for floor. They have changed the shape and it is not as efficient.
It was great when it worked but broke after less than 2 months. I didn't get a warranty because in the past Sears products have been excellent quality and a warranty isn't necessary. It is going to cost $99 to fix a vacuum that is now on sale for $209, after less than 2 months of normal use. Sears products are not made as they use to be. I would not recommend this vacuum. If you do take the chance, get a warranty in the event yours turns out to be a lemon too.
I purchased this a month ago,but find it hard to use! It has great suction, but too much!i wanted to find out if I could return it!it wants to eat up scatter rugs, even large ones! I also don't like the heaviness of it and does not have rollers on the attached part for wood floors and does not go back and forth easily!
Lightweight, easily goes from hard floors to carpet, good cleaning suction
I got this vacuum on sale and I am really happy with my purchase
The telescoping wand is too easy to retract. Once a length is selected, any light bump of the vacuum head against furniture or baseboard causes the wand to retract a notch or two. In that ours is always used full length, I added a small screw to keep the wand from shortening itself.
Other than that, it's a nice machine for the price.
