I bought this vacuum in February, the floor piece broke. I called Sears after chat and getting bounced around on the phone, they said they can't replace the part ($45 part I believe). It was still under warranty so I wasn't going to buy it. They said I had to cut the cord and therefore destroy a (perfectly good) vacuum. It has been a month; I have been sweeping my floors because I have no vacuum and they give you the run around. I was told I would get a gift card.. nothing two weeks.. nothing..Then I was told I would get a refund check- fine with me because I don't want to have to do business with them ever again. Email again, gift card again but then it expired because it wasn't approved in time. Now today I got another email so sorry we didn't send your gift card we will look into it. WORST customer service ever! Why couldn't they just mail the part (vacuum is a $300 vacuum by the way). Can't believe this is how they do business- ONE MONTH still nothing!!!
don't like , floor brush keep pop out the vacuum , vacuum its heavy .
2nd one if this model. Sadly it's heavier..buts it's that rare tank type with top notch rug attachment I need.prefer.
