You are posting on a public forum that mostly gets answered by other users rather than by Shop Your Way, KMart or Sears personnel.
Even if an employee who could actually answer the question decided to take it on, all that is visible is the question and your name.There is no address, member number, phone number, dollar amount, order number or details of what items or even which SHC store you ordered from - not that I would recommend putting any of that or a credit card number on a public forum either).
I would check your Inbox for a receipt as most companies that do business online send one when a transaction is complete. Of course, your transaction may not have gone through, if you have already looked for the email.
If the order is still being picked and boxed (aka processing) the email may not have a tracking number because it has not actually gone out the door yet.
