I am a former retail merchant store owner for Sears and have been a customer for nearly 40 years .
This electric range was delivered March, 2019.
There was an electrical problem with a burner the day it was plugged in.
Service man came 10 days later. Ordered a replacement part and returned about a week later to put it in, a few days later the oven stopped working .
We have been contacted 4 times and rescheduled every time. They called today to schedule another appointment and immediately received an automated call canceling the appointment!
We have not been able to use it for nearlt two months now!
I intend to return the range and I will never buy from Sears again!
