A storage drawer underneath the 4.9 cu. ft. capacity oven gives you the perfect spot to store baking sheets, pans and pizza trays, so they're out of the way but always within reach.
Versatility is King
Multiple cooking zones give you options to select the cooktop to match the size of your cookware and produce the right amount of heat, so your spaghetti sauce won’t scorch and your steaks will sear to perfection. Plus, the flat porcelain cooktop surface easily wipes up any spills and resists scraping common to most other cooktops.
Works as advertised. Controls are simple. Smooth top is attractive. Does not have the features of more expensive models but it is a good buy. Be sure to use pans with perfectly flat bottoms for best heating effect. Installation was easy. Save the power cord from your old range.
My Elecrtic range virtually blew up within 18 months of purchasing. There was a loud bang, flash of light and smoke coming from the back. Apparently the wiring was loose or had overheated and was getting corroded over a period of time, I suspect even within my one year warranty. It could easily have caused a fire. The cost to repair is almost as much as a brand new range. I complained to customer service but the most they would offer me was $65 discount on the repairs. I am a Sears customer, buy all my appliances from Sears and have them serviced by them. I didn't get an extended warranty because it is a relatively inexpensive product, but I would not expect this kind of thing to happen within 18 months. Very unhappy. Will not buy Kenmore now, nor recommend it.
waste of money
Very good product. Everything works great.
Does the job. Simple, functional, so far reliable.
Bought this as a gift and it is perfect! Looks and works better than expected!
The range is perfect. The size works for small to large families and looks very sleek. It's easy to keep clean when using the included cleanser and non-abrasive pad. To top it off, I got a slammin' deal with Black Friday pricing.
