I love my new stove,excellent,I love the turbo boil and the warmer the most,I haven't used the oven as yet as I just received it a few days ago !
I bought this range on June 4, 2018, 15 days later the glass top was defective they exchange because it was in 30 days grace. The second range I got ,got cracked in the exact spot the left burner and this time they decided the warranty didn’t cover it. Shame Sears, Shame Kenmore,I now have to pay $450 for a repair on a brand new range. Very bad quality and very bad costumer service.
After using the Electric Range i placed a pot to cook some soup and after a couple of minutes the glass top cracked.
Our oven is less than two years old and the bake element is completely burnt out. A repair that we are told will cost over $400. Unfortunately I would not recommend this product.
Worst product ever I just bought it 3 months ago and at the second month the glass cover and sears won’t fixed it because apparently for them is an impact cracked. This is ridiculous. I paid for extra warranty for all this to be happening
I bought this range 3 months ago and it crack a month ago. I get the technician to come and repair it and just because they ******* think is an impact break the warranty is not cover. If I get it replace I have to pay out of pocket. I pay 800 I won’t ******* recommend this *************
Mine was old so loving the new features. Expensive since my warranty company choice only gave me 350 and I paid 580-90 something
