Haven't had it too long... so far so good. But WARNING the drawer in the bottom has a VERY sharp edge. Reached in for a pan this morning and cut my finger to the bone.
I have had glass stoves previously. From the moment I got this one, I began to notice scratches on the surface. I am using the highest quality All Clad pans on it, not some cheap aluminum pans that will warp and scratch the cooktop. Today, after having the stove 8 months, I see the glass has cracked rendering the stove useless. I can pay $1000 to have the glass replaced or purchase a new stove. I can only hope that the manufacturer will replace it as defective...I will write an updated post after I am in touch with them. By the way, the stove is made by Electrolux, FYI.
it came to me damaged and now they will not exchange for another one ,,,, I have done to much business with Sears to be treated like this UNACCEPTALBE
I will never by from sears again as long as they are using Twin Cities Moving Systems as their delivery persons. I actually had to threaten to call the police on the delivery person he was being so rude. They did not want to take out my old oven even though I paid for removal and disposal and showed him the receipt.
Bought this Range Dec 2017 it broke June 2018. Broke means came home and the clock was off and panel which controls the oven was not responding. Called Sears they said reset your breaker or turn it off for a minute then turn back on. Well I did and guess what that didn't fix it. So I informed "Sears" customer service for that the burners worked just no oven or control panel. Sears said we will send tech out in a week, I said okay. Well week goes by tech shows up and does same thing and said yep it's broke, I said yeah we knew that, he said he now has to order part it will take another week. He said part should be here by Friday as this was a Monday and he would be back the Tuesday after the weekend to put in in. Guess what part never came by the Monday night before he was suppposed to put it in. I call sears back oh yeah it looks like it will be there by Wednesday. So I said okay when can tech put it in. Well not until next Tuesday. Long story short, Range is still not fixed and will have been without an oven for three weeks plus. When speaking with customer service it sounded like they could care less. I'm never by an appliance from Sears again, used to love them but no longer. No wonder why they are going out of business all over America
You have now delivered a second, non-working refrigerator. Furthermore, you took our old refrigerator, which was working. We want our money back that we paid for the new refrigerator and we would like our old refrigerator back.
I love my new stove,excellent,I love the turbo boil and the warmer the most,I haven't used the oven as yet as I just received it a few days ago !
