I've owned this stove for 2.5 years and can say that it was love at first sight, and we're still in love! Stunning look of a built-in without the expense. Huge glass door with complete view of all three shelves. Very large oven that enables you to cook many things at once. The convection feature circulates the heat evenly. One of the ONLY free-standing, electric stoves on the market with knobs at the front. Who wants to lean over a hot stove to adjust the temperature? Why are electric stoves designed with the knobs at the back? Is it for safety? No, it's cheaper to build. I highly recommend this model. So, buy it before it's gone.
The range works well. Sears customer service is very bad. After range was delivered I noticed 3 big gouged in the glass top. Contacted customer service, they in turn have me an email address my problems to along with photos of damage. After not hearing from them for a few days, I contacted them agan. They said they wouldn't do anything about damages because I had not notified them within 72 hours . Will never deal with Sears again
Huh? I cancelled this order after purchasing the product in full after discovering the delivery date was set for mid-2023. It would be nice to speak to a human customer service rep by phone instead of chatting with outsourced agents based in ???. The refund process was a nightmare, and never got resolved until I claimed this as a fraudulent charge with my bank. In short, you really need to re-think you business model. It's awful.
Order appliances in November, 2 weeks later Sears could not fulfill the order and cancelled oven and refrigerator . Still waiting today,,1/24/22 for refund to my mastercard and am nir recurring interest, have called at least 8 times and all say will refund in 3-5 days, but they never do. Dont use Sears, they are not what they used to be. Buyer beware!!

The product seems okay. However, this was the worst delivery I have ever had. It started with the driver saying that I should have removed the range. I explained that I paid for removal from the home and removal from my property. I also bought a new AC cord. He had to call and check. He was told that I was correct. During the installation they put a 7 inch scratch on the door handle. The driver called back twice to see what should be done about it. Both Times they couldn���t find my account, given the same phone number as the first time he called and got my account immediately. I did get a Sears number to call Monday. What a mess.
We’ve only had this stove 3 months & you would never know it by looking at it. We paid a lot of money for it thinking we were getting better quality. The biggest issue is with the materials & finishes they used... so much plastic parts on this stove! The piece at the top of the stove door that has a vent... is plastic. The whole front panel where the controls are... plastic to include the piece that goes around the edge that appears to be stainless steel... it’s painted plastic to look like stainless steel. After only 3 months the plastic part on controls is scratched horribly & now with only using mild soap & water the finish on the stainless steel painted plastic is coming off & looks horrible! I am so upset & hoping when I contact Sears they are going to do something to fix this.
