Like one of the other respondents, I have a kitchen that was being very cold. Remembering from my youth that radiators need time to warm up, work by warming the surrounding air rather than blasting fan-driven warm air at you and thus you won't feel a dramatic change right of way, I knew what I was getting into. I read the manual so that I understood about the switch settings. I let it warm up a full 24 hours before judging and was happy with the results. Now I have the dial where I like the temp, set the switches for Medium power when I'm in the house and Low power for those hours when I'm not in the house. I don't turn it off. Now when I walk into the kitchen it is slightly cooler than the living room but not the dramatic **** chilling drop I used to experience when crossing the threshold.
Right out of the box the heater did not work, not happy. Not sure how to get it exchanged for another one.
The heat isn't great. Cost too much to return these heaters.
This heater will not and doesn't heat a room 12X14 ,its to small in oil volume. This heater would heat a room 10X10 for sure.
Heats much better than the 20 year old oil filled heater we just retired. The technology is much better in this new model even when its size is half the size of our old one.
Very light not heavy this heater doesn't make noise
