Like one of the other respondents, I have a kitchen that was being very cold. Remembering from my youth that radiators need time to warm up, work by warming the surrounding air rather than blasting fan-driven warm air at you and thus you won't feel a dramatic change right of way, I knew what I was getting into. I read the manual so that I understood about the switch settings. I let it warm up a full 24 hours before judging and was happy with the results. Now I have the dial where I like the temp, set the switches for Medium power when I'm in the house and Low power for those hours when I'm not in the house. I don't turn it off. Now when I walk into the kitchen it is slightly cooler than the living room but not the dramatic **** chilling drop I used to experience when crossing the threshold.
Right out of the box the heater did not work, not happy. Not sure how to get it exchanged for another one.
Nothing special to report, it works well and fits my needs
How does this even happen?? i ordered a white one, and they ship me a black one. There is a big picture of the heater on the front of the box and it is BLACK in the picture. I called about the problem, and they apologize and offer to send the white one with two day shipping. 2 days later, they ship me another black one. How does this even happen. Even my grocery store does a better job at ecommerce. no wonder Sears is going out of business.
