Excellent Dishwasher

I bought this in April and wanted to wait several months before giving my review. This dishwasher is so quiet I don't even know its working. My dishes are spotless. I could not be more happy with my purchase.

Does Not Wash Well Or Dry At All

We had the same model of this dishwasher from the late 90s and it was really good. It lasted 15 years and when we replaced it, it wasn't even broken. Sadly this new dishwasher is of the lowest quality. It washes poorly, though we thoroughly rinse all our dishes before we place them in the washer. Many times things need to be washed twice. It does not dry at all. Dishes come out nearly soaked and need to be thoroughly dried with a towel. The listing for this dishwasher touts how quiet the unit is. In my opinion I would much rather hear the thing, even if it is annoying, and have it actually wash and dry my dishes. It is much more annoying to have payed for such a low quality product.

Buy another Make of Dishwasher

|

This dishwasher is quite and cleans the dishes well, when it runs. This dishwasher has had the following issues in the four years we have owned it.
Wheels on the bottom rack falling off. The small wheels in the top rack rails have broken and fallen off. We have had the two circulating pumps replace twice. Now the main computer board no longer works and they cannot find a “Revision” of the main motherboard for the dishwasher that will interact with front touch panel. They are no longer made. Without them matching properly, the machine will not power up. I have had several different service people out to look at the problem (including a Sears authorized service tech, he shrugged his shoulders and said there was nothing he could do.) and spent hundreds of dollars in replacement parts. Purchase a different make of dishwasher, Sears will not honor a lemon warranty.

Awesome dishwasher

|

I've had this dishwasher for about 3 months now and I am very impressed. First of all its a nice looking machine.I don't like top control dishwashers so this one is perfect for me. It cleans fantastic! Granted I'm pretty particular about how I load the machine, but it's done an excellent job. The Turbo Zone feature is very cool and I found I use it quite a bit. Noise level is very very quiet. My kitchen is open to my living room and I can barely hear it. It's easy to load and cleaning the filter has turned out to be very quick and simple. Due to the interior coloring, it can be hard to see stuff in there sometimes. An interior light would be nice, but that feature usually only comes with very high end dishwashers currently. It's built by Whirlpool and is basically a clone of the Kitchen Aid machines. I'm very happy that I bought it! Only criticism is that the buttons can get activated if you lean on the dishwasher. It does have a control lock so at least that would help. Otherwise I highly recommend this machine!

Quality Dishwasher

I've only had it for a month, but so far, so good. It's quiet and washed a lot of dishes well over Christmas.
