Great dishwasher.

Washes dishes very well; extremely quiet. Great product, you get what you pay for; a bit expensive.

Does not work for full-sized plates

We have a set of stoneware. The full-sized plates are between 11 3/4 and 12" in diameter. It works for the smaller ones, but will not work for a 12" diameter plate. My review is based solely on that. I have not evaluated anything else yet.

I purchased on line and had an issue with the order so I opened a chat with a sears rep and he had me reorder the item. He said he would cancel the first order but he didn't. Sears charged me for both appliances and still will not give me a refund . They claim both items were picked up when the store didn't even have two of them. I will not use sears again. ***** gives military 10% discount.

My old dishwasher cleaned better

Door inside looks terrible. I tried running empty but no luck. How do you determine if it was defective from the start?

Do NOT Buy!

We bought the most expensive dishwasher (around $1100 ) because I wanted to give my wife a good useful gift. The one good thing about this machine is it is quite. But, within 2 years it stopped working twice, displaying error codes (like F2E2). So I bought extended warranty (Sears Protection Agreement) of 5 years. Again in a couple of years the dishwasher stopped working. The problem is that moisture/steam gets into the electronics chambers (in the door). This is a serious design issue. This morning a service tech came and replaced the computer and the control panel. He turned it on and it started working. By evening we again see the SAME error code F2E2 flashing, and we have not even used it!! Scheduled a service appointment again.
My next dishwasher is going to be less than $400.

Terrible Service and Damaged Product

I received this dishwasher and found the top rack slider broken. I took the part to my local Sears and was told that they could not provide me with a replacement part and to return the unit instead!
