I just love the kenmore brand , this mixer has a lot of power . i just wish i would have got it sooner , cant say enough about this mixer.. no more hand mixers for me .. i love the fact it has a 5 year warranty.
I purchased the mixer in Oct of 2013 because of the warranty and the stronger motor. Whomever makes the attachments needs to be replaced as a source. Sears replaced the flat beater at 21/2 months and the new one is also losing it's paint, flakes off into the dough. The bowls are difficult to remove if I don't lubricate the bottom before starting. I believe the KA attachments work with this mixer so I am HOPING this time they will furnish a KA beater, not a Kenmore.
Good brand comes with most everything needed although there was no manual in the box and it’s proving really hard to find accessories for it, you would think that a good name brand like this would have plenty of accessories! Over I’m satisfied but disappointed that there isn’t a listing of accessories
This is a very nice stand mixer that is well constructed. I'm very pleased with the **** control for adjusting speed as well as the two sizes of bowls that were included along with three attachments. This is really helpful when making cinnamon rolls, cakes, and other homemade items. I'm glad I bought this mixer.
This was a gift for my daughter, she loves it. And the coverage on it for five years is awesome.
I bought this whist on sale. I must admit I haven't tried it yet, as my kitchen is still in a state of flux.
My wife used a KA mixer for 3 weeks before xmas to make cookies, and this since xmas (as it was a present). The only difference with the Kenmore, she has noticed is a hum to it, not that it is louder as other reviewers have said, but different. In all other respects, virtually equal. She also likes the light. She's very happy she has it. I noticed the 5 yr warrenty (vs.1 for KA) and the extra $100 bucks in my pocket. We're both happy.
