I now own 3 of these grills. Awesome thick stainless steel grate and interior. Hoping they last a long time.
This grill looks nice and was extremely easy to put together. The delivery team was friendly and professional. Unfortunately, the grill itself doesn't work properly. It won't heat up when all burners are on. I was on either on hold or passed around to 5 different 800 numbers trying to get someone to help. Service and support was horrible and I now have a grill that I can only use 1 burner at a time. I'd suggest looking elsewhere.
Very very bad service from Sears a Birthday present I dont like the grill it was never used Sears Wouldn't take it back Manger lies about the grill said its broken still trying to get my money back
Looks great in the showroom. Lights are lit up on face and inside lights are bright. Stainless steel shines great. Then you get it home. First the lights are good for about 2 weeks and then they get so covered in smoke and residue that you can't clen them or see the light. So that is a waste of effort trying to buy a grill with lights for cooking at night. Second the front panel light look cool in the store but really look a little cheap at home especially since the water between the glass on front makes grill look bad from day one. Listen this grill gets hot and I have no complaints on grilling. Just that the lights are worthless and the water behind the glass front looks bad.
This grill was awesome when I first got it, two years ago but now the parts inside the grill basically melted. For me to replaced all the parts it would cost much more than the grill itself.
It’s not even safe to use anymore and I will have to throw away the whole grill. I’ve contacted Sears/ Kenmore but I was told that they could not help me. Am I supposed to buy a new grill every two years? Is a grill supposed to last only that long? I’m so disappointed at the customer service, they should replace the grill for me or the parts if that’s even possible since everything inside the grill is gone.
