Sears is selling a product that they don't have in stock

I have bought the item Nov 27 and I didn't receive till today 12/19 Sears is lying about delivery they gave me 5 schedules for delivery with no show or even call to cancel deleivery. I have called sears delivery where no body have answer and very long wait time.

Unhappy

I ordered this fridge the beginning of June. Haven't received it yet. Sears keeps putting off delivery. Every 2 weeks, they call to tell me there'sa delay. j Why don't they just say there's a 6 month delay? In the meantime, I'm have to keep paying for it. Very unhappy

No clue how this fridge works

I'd put no stars if I could. Can't really say what I think of this fridge that I bought and paid for the 1st week of May. Sears kept delaying and rescheduling delivery, and the excuse was always manufacturer delays...but I pointed out that it was Sears who was marketing, advertising, selling, and accepting payment for an item THEY DID NOT HAVE, which is ILLEGAL per FTC, with fines for each incident of $11,500. Go figure.
