I really like how big this fridge is with multiple drawers and plenty of shelving and door shelves. The only thing i didn't like was the water dispenser. It streams out like a fire hose from it's small diameter nozzle and splashes all over if it hits an ice cube. Plus, I liked my old fridge's separate ice and water dispensers, with multiple features for dispensing water (set it for number of ounces exactly, plus other features) and not having to push selector buttons all the time. But the capacity and fingerprint resistant stainless steel (actually holds a magnet) are big enough to overcome the water feature and make it a winner.
We bought a Kenmore elite 3 years ago. Our compressor went out...already! Come to find out my Aunt bought one as well. She had hers for less than a year and her compressor went out as well. Was told it was covered under warranty, when the service man from Sears came to repair it...3 weeks later...we were told the warranty was void because we opened up the back of the fridge to look to see if we could see what mighy be wrong. So beware! Do not open the back of your refrigerator or it voids the warranty...although it doesn't state that in the warranty description in the manual. Very poor customer service. Save your time...look elsewhere. No wonder Sears is going bankrupt!
We purchased our Kenmore Elite refrigerator 6/2019 and it failed to cool on 9/12/2019, 2.5 years for a $2500 ice box that doesn't cool anymore. We lost $200 in food. I had a technician come and check the unit and he said the refrigerant/compressor problem and the customer service said that the LG compressors Fail. We had the same problem previously and they (Sears techs) tried to repair the unit what a disaster. We ended up having to purchase a new unit. My experience with replacing a compressor is that it doesn't work once the refrigerant system is tampered with its never the same. Sears is not telling the consumers that LG compressors are defective and fail. Look it up on the internet. Im surprised that Sears is still in business selling defective products to the consumers. Customer service just wants to sell you extended warranty which you will definitely need if you purchase Kenmore refrigerators.

freezer 2 sliding trays, hard to use it,always defrost&icy. Happen more often,no recommend to anyone,don.t wast your money.get simple no headache.
Canceled the purchase. The delivery date was pushed back to September. Ordered in May. Canceled that order and ordered another that was in stock. Was to be delivered August 3, have had two text saying delivery has been pushed back until August 25. Very disappointed with Sears at this time.
4 years old and compressor broke. Sears has rescheduled the service visit three times. No refrigerator for almost a month now and I am spending a $1,000 to have someone else replace the compressor. Sears and LG both know that they sold us all a faulty product. Do not buy this.
2nd $1,000 dollar failure since getting the set on "sale" in 2018. First failure was exactly 2 days after the warranty expired. I do all my own work, but not certified for the compressor work. Wouldn't surprise me if failure was programmed into the mother board. This was $3grand on "sale" back then. Now all my groceries are packed in my 80's fridge in the basement. You couldn't pay me to take one home today after my experiences. No wonder Sears is bankrupt. Good riddance.
