Quiet!

This is the quietest microwave I've ever seen. Works great, has a roomy interior, heats food/beverages fast. The only thing that I don't like is the interior is dark. I think it has something to do with some sort of easy-clean enamel, but even with the lamp in there, it doesn't light up well. Surely a white version of the same enamel is just as easy to clean...

Hazardous and Dangerous!! Should be recalled

Do not purchase. I'd give this microwave 0 stars if I could. We've owned it for a little over a year and it started malfunctioning. Basically it turns itself on without anyone touching it. It is a serious safety concern. It did this a few nights ago and no one was even in the kitchen and I heard it turn on. I shudder to think of what would happen if it would turn itself on when no one was home. Of course it's after the 1 year warranty and likely Sears will not stand behind it's product. I really think these microwave need to be recalled.

Countertop Microwave/with extra large capapcity

|

I have this product for 2 years. It starting arcing and sparking. No one on line can help you with an issue just to answer a question. $200 is a lot to pay for a product that just stops working@

Died at 18 months

|

Loved it until it just quit working...really expected more since it was Kenmore Elite. 18 months is not acceptable for its price.

Worked well for 1.5 years

|

This microwave worked well for 1.5 years and then had issues with the circuit board. Just buy one from ******* that you don't expect to last too long. Nothing is built to last anymore. Kenmore seems like all the other junk now. Have fun with this dying product ******!
