The stove was installed and boy It's a beauty! But after two weeks of a few uses, none not one of the six elements will heat up. Very disappointing. Did call Sears and they are sending someone out to "repair" my two week old stove top. Doesn't give me a good feeling. Debbie

I haven’t seen my cooktop since I ordered it on November 28!
|Three days I was told they were coming to install my cooktop and all three days they were a NO SHOW! **** Sears!
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
|First time in my life writing an online review. Package arrived damaged and the cook top is dented so we cannot install. Because we were outside the 3-day reporting window, after almost an hour and a half on the phone- Sears would do NOTHING. Will NEVER work with this company again in any capacity.

May be it looks nice but they delivered it completely broken not visually seen at first glance.
