This is an awesome and beautiful combo oven! Both functions work flawlessy so far. We got super fast shipping and installed it tonight no problem (using Craftsman tools I might add). The LED lighting is great. The fan has 4 speeds, 1 higher than we had before and it really moves CFMs. The bottom controls makes the functions easy to set. It's almost unbelievable that it does convection cooking and microwaving but let me tell you it works like a charm! I made popcorn, then a tv dinner, then my wife baked muffins :) What a great upgrade to our kitchen, Thank You Sears for being there with the right product at a great price and super fast delivery.
If you need a good microwave oven find yourself a less expensive alternative. When trying to cook on convection, this oven will not go above 300 degrees. You can not cook at 325 350,375,400.425 or 450.I returned it once and had the same problem with the 2nd one. I had a sears tech to my home for both ovens. Neither time could it get above 300 degrees. They call in to the technical people who tell them it is performing within the design specs. !50 degrees below what the oven is set at is acceptable? .....not to me. If you want a microwave fine a less expensive one.....if you want a convection/microwave....find another product.
After several repairs under purchased warranty, it will not microwave without throwing the breaker. Guess what? The warranty was up in Jan., and this happened in March. First the microwave wouldn't run because the door latch didn't engage. After several adjustments, the latching mechanism was replaced. Now we can't use it because it throws the breaker. I would rather have spent less money on an over-the-range without the convection oven. Our entire experience with the Sears Pro line has been expensive and miserable!
Bought Item the people off delivery truck installed item broke it and have had the biggest run around in history! Never buying from them again! The customer service is horrible and dishonest!
Doesn't bake evenly and now the control panel went out. Any suggestions except for spending another $160 on the part? And, of course, the part will arrive in 2 weeks. It's only a year old!
Probably the best Microwave we have ever owned.
Really heats evenly and quickly. Directions are easy to read and understand. More features than I'll probably ever use. 14 inch diameter plate fits so much more than my old one. Vent is really strong and stays ahead of anthing I'm cooking on my Kenmore gas range. I'm happy.
